Do you know the old password ? are you trying to get into it and have forgot or your password wont respond? or are you just not wanting to have a password on it?

Mike Chavez, you only have two options.1 is a factory reset which will delete all your data (music pictures etc.) and 2 Try a few "wrong password" attempts, then you should be asked to log in using your Google account password. Check on here how to do a hard-reset.
