product mode is appears when resetting

when resetting with all buttons simuteanouesly but the screen comes as product mode and hangs please suggest

Do you have an image of the screen that the product mode is hanging on. I found a HP forum message that describes what it as recovery mode, then referenced the specific Performing a System Recovery on Your HP Slate 7 Plus Tablet page. Are you getting to the page that is on figure 6 or figure 7 from the latter page.
