Can anything be done with burn spots on LCDS?

I repair a lot of cell phones and I have a growing pile of LCDs with burn spots. The panels were overheated on one of those glue removing ht plates. I've got a dozen that I baked and probably 20 more that were that way when I got the phone for repair. I suspect there is nothing to be done but does anyone have a solution? On the same topic I'm looking for a data sheet for LCDs typically used on HTC phones. I'm looking for what the manufacturer thinks is the max alowed temp. I thought it was 80c but I see thats not true *Smashing head into table a few times.

Does anyone know a place (Overseas is ok) that sells LCD / Digitizers in 10, 20 pieces that don't cost a small fortune? One of the places I was using dried up.
