Keeps restarting after various issues

the phone was dropped which caused the screen to lift, shorting out the touch and shortly after caused the phone to restart over and over with a blue screen of death. replaced the whole screen assembly which fixed the touch and other issues for a couple hours. started blue screening again, so i updated to ios 9 which again fixed it for a few hours and the blue screen is gone. but now its on the plug in to itunes screen with continuous restarts. help?

Options

Put it into dfu mode. Then restore to a backup. Hopefully you have a backup

tried this too but I will try again with a different computer/cable. I think we have a back up. thank you

I would try holding power and home buttons for 10 seconds, if not then trade it in for a new one.

already tried soft reset, trading in isn't an option. thank you for the suggestion though
