Why is the bluetooth not working properly?
The watch cannot recieve any data or information through the bluetooth device. What can be the problem?

The software of the watch is probably acting up so I would recommend restarting your device. If that doesn't work, the Wear app and the LG Watch Urbane are probably not synchronized correctly so I would remove the device from the list of devices and re-sync it. If re-syncing it doesn't work, reset the watch. If nothing of what I suggested worked for you, contact LG either by e-mail/chat or phone. Phone E-mail/Chat
