How do you open the casing and where can you buy a replacement speaker?

I can answer the first question at least. The casing is opened by removing plastic face. Insert something firm and slim in between the front of the monitor and the tiny led charging light. Slowly work around the sides loosening the glue holding it down until the entire face pops off. There are screws underneath that hold the case together.
