PS3 Restore data loop

bold textMy 250 GB PS3 slim has alot of problems. I know of two, but I know there's more. First off, after a few hours of playing on a game that takes more proccesing power (Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare;GTA5;etc), my fan makes this incredibly loud whirring noise. When i press the power button to turn off the PS3, it just flashes green and then i have to unplug it to turn it off. My second problem is much worse. My hard drive is really screwy. I turned my ps3 on one day and it sad something like; the system files are corrupted and you must restore them". Anyway, after thats done and it auto-restarts, it has the same exact message & screen and it repeats it over and over. It never stopped doing that. I repeated that over 20 times already and nothing happens. I already went to safe mode but that didn't help. I know I'm probably gonna have to get a new hard drive but i want to keep my data. I'm only 11 so videogames are pretty much my entire life. Please someone show me a way to fix it that won't reset all my data.
