Adding fingerprint reader to Dell Venue 11 Pro
Is there a way to add a fingerprint reader to the tablet? The motherboard has the contact for it but can it be added with modifications?

I'm not sure the costs & risks are worth the effort
Dell doesn't offer a repair manual or parts breakdown for this system so its not clear how far you would need to go.
I think the smarter way to go here if this is important to you is to find the model with the fingerprint reader and buy it and sell your current system after you transfer your stuff over.
