How to fix vertical lines on screen after I took it apart

I took phone apart and put it back together now it has vertical lines on screen and when I touch the lock the touch screen don't work

Options

When taking apart the phone the LCD and digitizer cables where damaged. You will need a new screen assembly. You could try reconnecting the two cables, might not be connected correctly.
