What if there is no R1205 to remove.

I have looked at the motherboard and cannot find an R1205 resistor to remove so I can get the ICloud lock gone. Anyone else run into this? I know the board came from an IPad 2 with 3G. The board number is: 820=3069-A

Answer this question I have this problem too

Gary Bittner R1205 should definitely be there. Now it is possible that somebody already removed it for the same reason you were going to.

That is what I thought too. But, looking at the board you can tell there was never anything in its place. When I plug it in it is ICloud locked and I don't know how to bypass it without finding an R1205 resistor.
