Update IOS9 on a iPhone 6 with a broken Touch ID?

Hello, I have a replaced Touch ID on my Iphone 6. The problem is, i even can not update via WIFI so i think i have to update via Itunes. Can i even update it via Itunes with a broken Touch ID ? because if you restore your Iphone via Itunes you will get an Error 53. Is this with an Update the same ?

I believe that even an iOS update will wind up with an error 53 as well . SO updating to IOS 9 may be a bad idea.

Thank you, but i have the rest of the original touch id cable. Does the iphone check if the touch id is conected or only the original flex cable of the main touch id. ?!

I have the same issue. I updated via iTunes to IOS9 and got error 53. Im now stuck with a phone that wont update/restore at all! I advise against updating!

Have also problem with Touch ID . But before I decide update my iOS I don't know anything about this "error 53" . Actually right now I don't know what doing with this problem . Hope someone know solution
