My Nexus 5 has black screen. What should I replace?

My google Nexus 5 has black screen. Sometimes it decides to switch on. Sometime it doesn't switch on at all. I have done rebooting but that makes my phone switch on for a while but stops again after 5-10 mins. Why is it creating this problem. What part I need to replace. Thanks

If the Nexus 5 won’t turn on, try holding down the power button with the volume down button. This has worked for my son several times in the past and it could bring a dead device back to life.Has your phone got a full charge nexus 5 are terrible for charging problems. my sons constantly having to change cables and has changed out the charging port.

Thanks for your reply. I have already tried it after waching youtube videos. This let your device to reboot . It worked intially for 5-10 mins but it stopped working after that. I rebooted then for lot of times but same thing. Now it even doesn't let me to reboot it as well.
