No vibration and no microphone pickup

Out of nowhere my phone went bad. I didn't drop it or get it wet but the phone vibration ability has stopped and on phone calls when people call me I can hear them but they can't hear me. I also noticed that voice commands don't work. Something is definitely wrong with my device. Please help.
