Having an issue with my SD Card

A popup keeps coming on my phone saying "SD Card Ready. Do you want to change the default write disk?" I tap on ok but I don't understand what to do. I've tried restarting the phone and have even changed my memory card but the problem still persists. What can I do to get rid of it?
