Jhun Bayonon, "blurred screen,line in the screen" that does not sounds like a virus. It sounds more like a broken LCD. Easy check would be done by connecting an external screen. If that shows ok you know it's a bad LCD. To replace the LCD use this guide IF it does not show ok, you are most likely having issues with the GPU.
