My phone is now on blind assist. How can I return to regular usage?

I want to know how to turn off the locate location indicators so that my messages will come through on the app that I'm using %#*!^@

hi can u tell me exactly what disengage blind assist actually is as my alcatel onetouch only turns onto the screen logo & thats it ,,thanking you sincerly if u do know of this type of problem or is it the diss /blind ass cheers john..
