How do I change the clock battery?

I hardly use my wb150f digital camera but when I tried turning it on, nothing happened. I pressed the button and the light turned red and nothing happened. I googled and found out it could be the clock memory battery. I took apart the casing and I'm a little hesitant in just pulling out the battery. I read that some batteries are soldered in. Does any one have any suggestion.

Thank you.

Arnold,

I would like to encourage you to continue pulling out the battery - for me it rather looks to be fixed with some kind of metallic clamps, not soldered.

However, at the moment I cann´t help how to remove the battery.

Instead, I am trying to solve the over exposure problem of my camera - caused by moisture. Had the lense module open in my hands but did not consentrate to the battery at that phase.

Good luck,

Asko
