Overnight, the display of my imac has started to flicker and horizontal lines, I can not understand what is due.
I reset the PRAM, updated to Mac OS X 10.10 and second monitor I see normally.
Can you give me some advice?

The indication of the second monitor working would mean that the LCD or the LCD cable is having issues, i would suggest opening the iMac and re-seating the LCD connection to the board and then test again

Step seven in this walk through would be where you would remove the LCD connection and re-seat it and then put back together and test the screen again
