Having problem with a plastic wheel

Hi, me printer is giving me various errormessages like: 0x610000f6 and 0x61011beb

+ I found out, that these black plastic wheel is not installed properly, but i was not able to fix it. Can someone help me?

Some detailed questions . Fault information is missing. What about the gear ? No spin? Free tour? Does not engage ? Where is located exactly and what does or does wrong . Question misconceived .
