How to remove completely warmed screw?

Hi ok so i have seen a few fixes for this problem, one thing you can try to super glue a paper clip to the top of the screw to get some kind of grip on it and loosen it, next you can try to solder a paper clip to the top of the screw and then try to turn it and see if you can loosen it that way, you can try to dremel the screw out, i have done all three of these methods, the first two you arent going to actually remove the screw that way your just looking to maybe loosen or turn it some so you can take it out the rest of the way with your screw driver, if the first two dont work the dremel method works well and very quickly just wont be able to put another screw there anymore
