Dont turn on, need identify this part...

My Macbook dont start, i have to replace some parts with new ones, but dont turn on, only one led of battery flashes. I found a part unsolded... need help to understand why dont turn on and identify the unsolded part... i explain with the picture what i found and what a parts i replace..

No way in !&&* that came unsoldered. Please take picture of your actual board.

I dont have on this moment the Mac, but its unsoldered by my fault.. and i cant solder because is a very small part.... tonight send a picture of the board, i hope you see a another problem on it..
