What do you see when you start your computer up? right now it sounds like it can't find the OS, which would mean you may have a bad drive. You need to give us more information. What do you see? What happened? What have you tried? what OS are you using?

Hi Kenneth,

Try running msconfig (search "msconfig" in start and run it as administrator) and changing the boot mode back to standard.

Once you've got msconfig running, navigate to the Boot Tab then Boot Options and uncheck "safe boot" and hit apply and okay. Then you can reboot your computer and it should boot normally.

If you've got Windows 8 you can alternately hold the Shift key and restart the computer without letting go. This will bring up a menu with a "troubleshoot" option. Click this option and then click "advanced troubleshooting". You'll see a menu with the option "Windows Startup Settings". Click this guy and then follow the onscreen prompts to restart the computer and then choose "Start Windows Normally".

Hope this helps!
