not charging, home button faulty and ringer volume window blank

Hi, I've recently fixed a wifi greyed out issue by reflowing the wifi chip and now the following are not working: charging, home button, no sound and blank ringer volume window. I used a rework station heat gun at 200c for 5mins at first but wifi was still greyed out so heated at same temp but this time for 10mins. I'm afraid that I may have heated for too long and damaged something else? I have tried using a working charge port flex and home button but still the same. Not sure what chip controls the stated components and if that's the problem so if anyone can help me that would be much appreciated. thank you
