The error 53 is a known issue with the home button replacement on an iphone 6. If you've currently got an error 53 and the original home button is toast, you've got a brick and a trip to the apple store in your near future.

The error 53 will always come up after the home button has been replaced by someone other than apple.

Your best bet is to take it to apple and have the screen replaced, they replace and reprogram a home button to it with that. If the phone has damage to the frame, they won't touch it.

If its already got a good display on it, you might try just carrying it into the store, not tell them its been repaired before and say it just did this for no reason. Your iphone is under 1 year factory warranty until at least sept. 19, while technically it is void since you opened it, don't tell apple you worked on it and I've heard of them swapping them out at no charge that way.

Either way, the apple store is your only source of help right now.
