Dim screen after a spill. Please help identify this part.

Coffee spilled on keyboard. Now the screen is really dim and the machine works fine with external monitor. The built-in screen is really dim. I have to use a flash to see anything.

After exhaustive research it seems I have blown this part (image attached) - backlight fuse?

Can someone please help me identify this part and where to order a replacement?

Many thanks.

Many thanks oldturkey03. I just ordered the part and will update after I get it installed.

I took the motherboard out yesterday and realized that liquid got in the display connector (probably what caused the short). Cleaned everything out with alcohol. Hope replacing the part would fix it.

Thank you so much for the link and the pointer.

Brahim, that is reference designator F7700 which is your backlight fuse. It is a 3Amp 32Volt in a 603 package fuse. You can get those from here as well as many other places. Before you change the fuse and try to power on your system make sure that you continue to check for the reason why the fuse shorted out. Check your display connector as well as other components for short circuit.
