How to replace LCD and touch screen on HTC Desire VC

Dear Guys,

I have HTC Desire VC and its screen totally death, blank without any sign of anything.

From the maker said must be replace the screen but it cost very expensive if I compare with spare part cost itself.

Do you guys have tutorial of how can I replace by my self?
