First for the belt and interior light there is a plunger on the door frame that is used to activate these and if it is broken or stuck they wont work . Find the button and make sure it is moving in and out freely It needs to be out when the door is open . As for your brakes there could be several issues at play. Your brake fluid level could be low . Or it could be so dirty the sensor shows it as bad ,have you flushed your brake fluid . Or it could be something as simple as the ebrake is slightly on or the ebrake sensor that turns on your light to show the ebrake is on has failed and is on all the time , Try pushing down on the parking brake handle and see if your light goes out. Hope this helps
