How to replace a TN screen with a IPS

Hello, I have an ACER Aspire S3 and use it when I go out, but lately I have been doing some video and picture editing, however the screen it comes with is really bad and even if you stare at it 5cm off centre the colours change dramatically. I was wondering if it's possible to swap the TN panel with an IPS one, so I can get some more colour accuracy and be able to use it with another person sitting next to me so we can both look at the screen. If not an IPS is it possible to swap it with a better TN that has much better viewing angles?

Answer this question I have this problem too

I did some digging online and it seems like this model of laptop only comes with one type of display. You can either buy a new laptop and sell this one to someone, or you can buy a portable external monitor which will cost about $150-$300 for a model with good color reproduction.

Thank you for the reply. I thought about doing so, however I really like the look of it and I have more than one part changed on it already, so it's a bit far from stock and that's given it a bit of character and individuality so I won't be changing it any time soon. And unfortunately carrying a second screen will ruin the portability factor. Thank you again for the reply, but I will try and find a similar screen from another laptop if possible :)
