My MacBook Pro fan stopped working, 0 RPM

Hello, I've been having problems with my Mac lately, first it was a crackling sound. Like this one:

I kept using it a day after the sound started, then the fan suddenly stopped working. I downloaded an app called "Mac Fan Control" and it says "Exhaust Fan - 0 RPM"

What should I do?
