How to fault trace a dead machine after coffee spill

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro Retina 13" late 2014 - model A1502. I spilled coffee on the table which was sucked into the machine. The fans went to full speed, but the machine was still running. I then shut the machine down. After letting it dry it did not start, so I took it apart and clean the circuit boards with water and electronic cleaner. This happened about 6 months after the initial spill.

When I applied the power adapter I did not get any lights on the power adapter (I have another A1502 and the adapter works on that one). I tried a SMC reset and SMC bypass, but neither work. Are there some things I can check, e.g. power, to fault find where the problem is, i.e. corroded connector, etc....?

Thanks.
