Why does my radio not turn on?
Got a truck a couple of weeks ago and the radio doesn't turn on. Is it a fuse problem? Clock doesn't turn on either.

According to LiveWire, “In most cases, a poor ground won’t cause the head unit to fail to turn altogether, while a ground that has become disconnected altogether will. Bench Test the Head Unit and Replace if Needed If your radio has power and ground, and it isn’t in any kind of anti-theft mode, then it has probably failed, and the only fix will be to replace it. “
Sometimes a radio will not come back on if the battery was disconnected or went bad, and you have to program a code into it.
“ Make sure that your radio doesn’t have that feature, and if it does, verify that entering the correct code doesn’t get the radio up and running again. If it doesn’t, you might be looking at a bigger problem. “
