do the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5 share parts?

I need to replace my earpiece speaker and my cellular antenna. I can only seem to find the parts for the iphone 5 for these items and not the iphone 5c, do they share the same part?

Also, my talk to text and Siri does not work, so my thinking was to replace the microphone (which I did) in the process somehow my copper ring on my antenna broke :( so that is why I need that, and the new part did not actually fix the problem, So I am thinking I just need the top earpiece speaker. Do you think this will fix the problem? if now, what other parts would you recommend?

So the 5C mic that Siri uses is the same one you use when you are on speaker and it is the one on the front camera flex. The bottom microphone is only used for regular calls in ear speaker. If you replace the front camera flex iPhone 5c Front Camera and Sensor Cable should work unless the phone has some other kind of damage...

EDIT:

The front camera flex has different components on it besides the actual front camera. If you sound muffled and there is something g wrong with the ear speaker my first thought is water got in it. I'd replace the ear speaker and the front camera flex.

Not sure what antenna your are referring to. I'm guessing the bottom antenna by the charging port and battery connection which is this one: iPhone 5c Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack

There is a third microphone it might be damaged as well and it is on the power button. I would not replace this one unless I'm 100% sure this is the problem. You can connect it externally and test your phone call. Please be careful!

Thank you! with the front camera and sensor cable, should I not worry about replacing the earpiece speaker at the top as well? the front facing camera works fine, so just wondering how this would fix my microphone/dictation issue? Also, my phone works fine while on speaker phone and sometimes I sound muffled and far away when it shouldnt be, but the person on the other end can still hear me. Would the front camera and sensor cable still be my fix?

Also, does anyone know if the cellular antenna network signal flex cable ribbon speaker sticker replacement is the same on a iphone 5c as a iphone 5 if it is a GSM phone? or would that matter whatsoever? I cant seem to find that anywhere for an iphone 5c!!

I am adding a picture to this as my "answer" but I need to know where to get a replacement for this part.

I recently replaced the iPhone 5C Charging Charger Port Dock Connector Microphone Headphone Jack and while I changed that I put in a new front glass screen with digitizer because mine has been cracked for some time now (prior to the screen cracking the dictaton did not work).

The part that broke in the process of fixing this was this part (it will not let me upload an actual picture of it or attach a PDF of the photo either, but the gold copper looking circle on mine is not a full circle anymore it broke) this is the part that I can only find for iphone 5 not 5c, does ifixit carry this part for the iphone5c?
