Express Gate Cloud shutdown pc after few seconds

Hello, i upgraded my netbook ASUS eeepc 1015BX to windows 10,now i dunno if this upgrade done something,but now when i try to use express gate aftere 1 minute or just starting a web page it suddenly shutdown.Can you help me?
