Blu studio 5.0C HD android turns on/off by itself

turning on problem..keeeps turning on and off on its own

i have a blu 5.0 studio hd and it was working fine but now it wont turn on..it will turn on butt it vreeze on the screen saver when you power on a blu and it'll show me blu studio and the ballons colored ..its keep turning on and off on its own .plss help
