bubble effects on my ipad screen after drop my ipad?

Does that means that i need repair the LCD and Glass or Just the glass? It have not got any screen protector

Most likely just underneath the glass. If you're not certain then take it to the Apple Store they should be able to replace it for you. Obviously there will be a fee of course.
