Why huawei is not working

my huawei not working, when i press the power it only vibrate and displayed blue color and disappear....... When i connect to my pc it says device driver software was not successfully installed... please consult w/ your device manufacturer for assistance getting device installed....

My huawei y600 is telling me that unfortunately whatsapp has stopped working. Then when I try to open a different app it says that app has stopped working also. What am I to do?
