only circle view in my asus zenfone 2,without flip flop...help?

recently i brought a zenfone 2.....but after some weeks it starting showing signs of defective......that is only circle view appears without a flip flop cover.....i can't even switch it off neither can i backup my files from my internal storage,that is when i plug in my USB to my laptop.....help me guys...the first priority is reclaiming my files from my internal storage......

i have a problem like you but can't fix now any one know how to switch between circle view cuz i can't use anything.

remove all connector than pot again betwen lcd and battery your problim is solve......
