Screen not working for samsung s6 edge

My screen is not responding, i am able to see the calls and the message that coming but cannot receive the calls or use my phone. the screen is not working at working , please help me

Hello my samsung s6 edge go off and i dont can start the phon just when i put to recarge but the phone have 70 procent batery.what i can do?

I would try a reset, hold the power & volume down button at the same time till it shuts off (about 7 seconds) and it should reboot.

If turning the phone off and on doesnt work the only other think you can do software wise is to master reset the phone.

you can do that buy

1. press and hold the Power, Volume Up and Home button on your Galaxy S6 Edge (press the keys simultaneously).

2. Release the buttons when the recovery mode menu will be displayed on your device.

3. You can navigate within recovery by using Volume Up / Down and Power buttons.

If this is post a recent update, then you may need to call your Service Provider and send your phone in due to error. A recent customer came in with the same issue and it wasn't the screen that was the problem. A lot of the phones are failing due to recent manufacturer error so it shouldn't cost you anything to send it in. Hope you find the answer that you are looking for.
