Possible to replace the CPU or welded?

I am thinking about buying a low spec Pavillion 11 x360 and then upgrading the specs if possible. However, a welded CPU would be problematic. Could you please tell me whether or not it's welded? Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

These systems have an integrated SOC that are integrated into the systemboard as indicated by the Maintenance and Service Guide spare part numbers.

While it may be possible to remove the SOC and replace it with another, the equipment required to this may be specialized for that purpose and upgrading the board itself may be more cost-effective.
