Joseph Smith, that is a loaded question and will get you all kinds of different answers. This is mostly personal preference, but I try to deal with shopjimmy for parts like your ballast. Other than being a customer, I am in not connected to that company. If you cannot find it there, do a search on part number 938P076010 and see if there is a seller that meets your criteria.
