Re-install plastic retainer clip that holds cable in place

When replacing the hard drive in my iPod Classic 6th Gen 160 GB, one of the orange retainer clips (?) that keep the cable in place popped off.

Is there a way to reattach this part, as I still have it, or is there a way to ensure the cable is securely in place minus the clip?
