I need help with my video on my phone its not working .

try going into your camera. Leave it on camera mode and do not change it to video mode for this step. change the camera setting as if your were going to take a selfie. Change the camera to video mode as if you were going to take a video selfie. in he upper left hand corner there should be a wheel that looks like gear or a wheel with teeth. click on the wheel then select "restore defaults", hopefully that will do it. it fixed my ZTE model Z932L phone.
