frost build up in the back freezer wall

Hello -- I have frost build up in the back freezer wall of a GE fridge model GSH25JFXN. I did some research and try to find the problem. I used the OHM meter and went across the heater and thermistor. I had about 21 OHMS which supposed to be good according to the you tube video that I watched. and I checked the temperature sensor according to the video I supposed to have 16 k ohms when the temp. is around 32 degree F, around 5 k ohms when temp. is about 70degree F. since those component checked out ok according to the video so I thought the mother board is bad so I ordered the new mother board and replaced it. Now I still have the same problem so if there is anything else that I need to check ?

thank you in advance.

Well if you ruled out the hardware, then my best guess would to thoroughly clean the ways with a strong cleaner, there might be some reside on the walls that is letting the frost continually build up especially if it is only happening on 1 wall and not all of them. Best thing would be to let it completely thaw, thoroughly clean and scrub the walls, then try again. If it happens exactly the same there might be small leak on the coolant pipes or connectors, if it is less than before then attempt it again with an even stronger cleaner maybe an oven cleaner.
