I have iPhone 5 and when warms appears Apple logo and again on the lock screen. I changed battery and I restored set up new but anything . Can you help me please?

You're iPhone is faulty and needs to be replaced. If you have replaced the battery and restored, then it's time to get a new phone. If under warranty take it to Apple. If you have insurance, then contact your carrier and have them send you a new one. If you do not have either, it's probably a good ideal to start looking for another phone.
