I was using my tablet and all of a sudden the screen just froze. I can't seem to get it to do anything. The screen won't turn off and when I hit the power button nothing happens. Please help!

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button down for 8 seconds.

Before making any repair of your screen, you may would like to check if your screen is clean enough. Sometime, the screen doesn't respond just because the screen is dirty!!
