Can a broken metal frame be replaced?

The aluminum frame behind the screen cracker in two places. I am wondering if it can be replaced.

Can you take a picture of the area so we can see what needs replacing. Go into edit mode in your question and post them there.

If you mean the display clam-cell exactly behind the display, this gonna be quite challenging.

The metal frame can be welded if you have access to a precise welding store in your local place. If you try to do it on your own, I have a sad experience about it. You can try to use some strong adhesive to set it firmly but eventually that too gonna break off. It's a good idea to buy a broken display that has display or screen cracked but the base is in a good shape.

If you mean the hinges located at the bottom of the display, this is quite an easy replacement or fix. I have found a link for you here. Or search on eBay as item number 231346035344.
