Logic Board + battery replaced through iFixit, battery not charging.
UPDATE: I'm not sure exactly what I did, but I reset the SMC a couple more times, tried unplugging the battery again, etc...Now my battery is recognized, but it is at 0% and not charging. The green light is staying on on the cord. Still not getting battery indicator lights. Should I put in sleep mode and see if it will charge, or should I shut down and run another SMC reset to see if this resolves anything?
I appreciate any help that you can give.
Thanks
I'm posting below what I sent to iFixit earlier today but I wanted to see if could find more guidance here in the forums.

Hello,
I purchased a refurbished 2.4GHz Logic Board from iFixit on 7/01/2015. The macbook pro booted up normally and I haven't had issues with the board other than the fact that it won't recognize a battery. I've tried three different batteries, including a OEM battery that I recently purchased from iFixit on 7/8/15.
I have reset the SMC, PRAM, updated the firmware, as well as followed the iFixit guide on repairing Mac OS X Permissions with no change.
Some notes about the issue. Upon booting up, I am receiving 5 flashing lights on the sleep indicator light. The battery indicator button does not light up when pressed. The light on the mag safe charger is remaining green. It is the correct wattage charger for the macbook pro.
I have tried removing the charger to see if the computer is actually holding a charge. The macbook pro will stay on for about five seconds then shut down immediately.
I believe I have run out of options as to why the battery is not being recognized. I've followed all the guides thoroughly and carefully.
Please let me know what can be done to address this issue.
Thanks
Is this a good question?
