pictures wont go through when texting as attachment
When I send a text with a picture attachment it refuses to go through.

Make sure you have the phone's data turned on, and give the message some time to go through. When data is turned off, you won't be able to send or receive picture messages.
If that doesn't work, something in your settings may have gotten screwed up, and I recommend calling your service provider.
