New screen not sticking

I replaced my screen and it worked great. My issue is its not sticking very well and is loose.

Any ideas?

Where can I buy the LAD four screws ?

Options

Open it up again and apply a healthy amount of good 3M double sided adhesive and re-seat the glass. Should work no problem.
