Repair guide for glass only?

I can't seem to find a repair guide on iFixit for a 'glass only' replacement. Can anyone help me out on this one?

if they're fused together then that's why…we don't really need a whole bunch of people cracking LCDs etc and then complaining about the guide. It's a tricky, patience testing procedure at the best of times.

I've personally replaced several glasses. It is a very stressful repair. I have a friend that wants to try to replace his, and I don't want to tell him step by step so I was going to send him a guide on here.. I can't believe there isn't one.
